Barre Fusion
Get the long lean body of a dancer with this full body workout, combining ballet, pilates and strengthening. This class uses the Barre, bands, sliders, and light weights to sculpt the entire body. All fitness levels welcome in this 45-minute class. Please bring your mat and toe sox.

Combining kettle bells with barre sequences, this class will develop muscles, burn fat and tone the entire body. Learn how kettle bells can be incorporated into a barre class for a new and exciting barre workout. All fitness levels welcome in this 45-minute class.  Please bring your mat and toe sox.

Barre Athletics
Try this fun, sweaty, fat burning and muscle sculpting combo barre class. This class is fast paced with  cardio sprints and muscle-defining barre sequences that target thighs, butts and abs. All fitness levels welcome in this 45-minute class.  Please bring your mat and toe sox.

Surf Barre
Try a little surfing before you go to the barre.  20 Minutes of a SURFSET class focussing on core followed by traditional barre class. All fitness levels welcome in this 45-minute class. Please bring your mat and toe sox.

Stretch, Breath & De-Stress
Stretch and breath in this relaxing and meditative class. Proper body alignment, deep stretches and breathing techniques will be used to calm body, mind and spirit.

Power Mat Pilates
Mat Pilates borrows from disciplines such as dance, yoga and classic calisthenics. Mat Pilates stretches and strengthens your body, primarily the muscles of the core, which span from your hips to your shoulders.  It also targets the small muscles in the glutes and quads. In Power Pilates, we will use light weights, bands, balls and other equipment to tone & sculpt.  Please bring your mat and toe sox.
