TRX and Tone
This class interchanges TRX and mat work for 45 minutes of core, upper and lower body conditioning.

TRX Surf
Use body weight exercises on the TRX suspension interchanged with SURFSET fitness on the boards, developing strength, balance, flexibility and core.

Surf Box
Put on the gloves after surfing. Join us for a 20-minute fast paced surf session followed by a round of boxing for a great cardio session. All fitness levels welcome in this 45-minute class. Personal boxing gloves are required by all participants, rental gloves are available for $5 rental fee.  All first time participants receive initial rental free.  Gold Members enjoy free boxing glove rentals.

Kickboxing
This full kickboxing class combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. Put on the gloves and punch and kick your way to fitness, increasing stamina, improving coordination and flexibility, and burning calories as you build lean muscle. All first time participants receive initial rental free.  Gold Members enjloy boxing glove rentals.
