Join us for kid surf-inspired classes that are fun, unique and active, helping kids gain coordination, balance and agility. Perfect for those snowboarding, skateboarding and surfing skills. (Ages 8 to 13)

Shadow Boxing (Core de Force)
Join us in a 6-week kickboxing class and build on new techniques and skills each session. Learn shadow boxing moves and combos plus a mixture of kicking and punching combos to really target core strength. HITT intervals using skill based cardio training. (No equipment necessary.)

Seniors Fitness
Seniors (60 yrs plus) join us for a 45 minute low impact exercise class.  The class will use light weights for toning and mats for core and stretch exercises.

Prenatal Barre
Connect with other moms-to-be in your community in this Prenatal Barre class specifically designed for pregnant women. This class focuses on strength, posture, core and flexibility taking into consideration the growing fetus and the common pregnancy discomforts such as back pain, swelling, and fatigue.

Yin Yoga
Join us for 75 minutes of deep connective tissue stretching that will reach the fascia that supports our muscles and is responsible for our Range of Movement (flexibility). This stretch class will target areas from the knees to the navel: quads, hamstrings, adductors, IT band and spine. The stretches will stimulate kidneys, gall bladder and liver, and there will be twisting for the spine to reduce back pain and restore normal curvature.

This is a great class for anyone with injuries, those recovering from surgery, recently had a child, looking to increase ROM or  just to deal with muscle soreness and stiffness from workouts. This class will also help those that do not sleep well.

PIlates Sculpt
As if by rasp and riffler, Ryu’s Pilates Sculpt tones and contours core muscles. This elaborated mat Pilates uses weights, balls, elastic bands, and sliders (all optional) to target and shape specific areas, such as the transverse, our innermost flat ab, as well as around the spine, which leads to greater postural alignment, balance, and centeredness. This low-impact cardio, orthopedically-pleasing, full body workout improves muscle memory, decreases back pain, and sculpts bodies into what Michangelo would describe as impeccably fine!
