Yin Yoga
Join us for 75 minutes of deep connective tissue stretching that will reach the fascia that supports the muscles and is responsible for our Range of Movement (flexibility). This stretch class will target areas from the knees to the navel: quads, hamstrings, adductors, IT band and spine. The stretches will stimulate kidneys, gall bladder and liver, and there will be twisting for the spine to reduce back pain and restore normal curvature.
This is a great class for anyone with injuries, those recovering from surgery, recently had a child, looking to increase ROM or just to deal with muscle soreness and stiffness from workouts. This class will also help those that do not sleep well.
