Feeling a lot of stress, what vitamins and minerals will help? Find out what foods can help balance hormones. All of this info, plus a healthy snack in this 60 minute workshop for teens. Moms and/or friends are welcome to join in on this interactive workshop.

From Emotional Eating to Intuitive Eating
Do you overeat when you are feeling stressed, depressed or anxious? Learn ways to control the binge and go from emotional eating to intuitive eating. Learn why we lose control and how it involves both our mind and body. Learn strategies to gain control, calm the mind, feed the body and stop the binge! Our Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant, Jennifer Standing, also has a background in psychology.
